WHAT TO EAT
While taking the teas refrain from eating meat, dairy, and all processed foods. Focus on eating a plant-based diet that consists primarily of green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. It’s extremely important to refrain from the before mentioned foods during the detox to allow the body to cleanse itself. Use 1 cup of herb mix for 10 cups of water. Bring water to boil, turn heat off, then add herbs. Cover and let steep atleast 30 mins (or up to 4 hours). Strain herbs into a pitcher. Add two lemons and their juice along with maple syrup or honey (to taste). Add more water if needed. Refrigerate. Drink one 1-2 cups daily until finished. Drink hot or cold.
